Service Roundtables evolving into Online Editions of the Service Transformation Summits

Our Service Roundtables will be evolving into Online Service Transformation Summits. We’ve just wrapped up our last Service Roundtable in September, and there will be no Roundtable from October onwards as we prepare for an exciting new chapter.

After running our monthly Executive Service Roundtable Meetings for the past 2,5 years, we’ve gathered a wealth of feedback from participants like you, through our feedback interviews, as well as from the Service Transformation Summits and our own experiences.

And we’ve learned a few important things:

• While 1-hour online sessions sound convenient, many of you have found it challenging to consistently carve out enough time.
• In a single hour, it’s tough to go beyond scratching the surface of the complex topics we’re tackling.
• Our 2-day summits, both in-person and online, are proving to be more effective in delivering deep insights and impactful discussions.

As a result, we’ve decided to evolve our Roundtable Meetings into focused online editions of our Global Service Transformation Summit program. Starting 2025, we will host 5 online summits per year, each one covering a specific track of service transformation (strategy, service development, revenue generation, delivery of advanced services, and more).

These summits will give us the time and space to dive deeper into key challenges and opportunities, with insights from both in-person and online editions shared in detailed post-summit reports.
