The Online Service Transformation Summits provide a flexible, interactive, and cost-effective way for service leaders to engage in high-value discussions, networking, and learning without the need for travel.
For many service leaders, attending industry events is more challenging than ever. Even though in-person summits offer unparalleled value, the realities of business today mean that travel constraints and cost considerations often stand in the way. Companies are increasingly prioritising efficiency, cutting unnecessary travel, and optimising budgets for the highest return on investment.
At the same time, service transformation remains a critical priority. The need to exchange insights, connect with peers, and explore strategies for future growth has never been greater. That’s why we are introducing Online Service Transformation Summits as a complementary alternative to our in-person events in Amsterdam, Chicago, and Singapore.
While nothing fully replaces the experience of meeting face-to-face, our online editions offer:
Efficiency – Join from anywhere without the time and cost of travel.
Interactivity – Engage in live Q&A sessions and panel discussions.

Online participants can join the presentations of the in-person summits in real time, engage in discussions, and participate in panel Q&As. If you can’t attend live, you can watch the recordings beforehand to prepare for interactive sessions.
The interactive discussions and workshops will take place on separate days, structured in small groups of up to seven participants, spread across two half-day sessions. These sessions will follow the same format as the in-person summits, ensuring deep and focused discussions.
Just like the in-person summits, online participants will complete pre-summit assessments to tailor discussions to their needs. After the event, all attendees—both online and in-person—will receive a comprehensive post-summit report capturing key insights, takeaways, and best practices discussed across all editions.
