Can my colleague take my seat in the meeting?
If you have a Group Roundtable Membership, you are indeed free to choose which colleague joins a Roundtable meeting.
However, with individual membership, you have a named, personal seat. -
What are the payment methods?
By default, you pay by credit card. At renewal date. your credit card will automatically be charged again.
In case you have a subscription for larger groups and pay per year, we can organise periodical invoices to be paid by bank transfer.

What are the cancellation terms?
Very simple, you can cancel your subscription at any time before your subscription has been renewed. Renewal happens at the moment the new period is paid or charged to your credit card.
Just send an email to info@moremomentum.eu or go to your subscriptions-portal and choose to cancel your subscription.

How do we sign up colleagues if we choose a group-membership?
For group subscriptions, we will send our primary contact with your organisation a confirmation email with a link to a bespoke sign-up form.
This primary contact can share this email and link with colleagues who each can sign up if they want to.
Alternatively, you can also send us an Excel sheet with all the names and contact details via a secure upload platform (so we both comply with data protection regulations).
We will follow up on this shortly after subscribing your membership.
